Participants must be members of MAWA and born in 2012 or earlier.
This form and registration fee is for TRANSPORTATION to Saskatoon for the Hound Classic and for HOTEL November 26th and 27th.
Participants must register for the tournament through their clubs and will be responsible for their meals (breakfast is included at the hotel).
